SHIPPING POLICY

- The Courier Guy - door to door delivery. Usually 1-3 days delivery. Please note shipping is at your own costs and will be calculated at check-out.

- We do offer a pickup option; this can be arranged once purchase communication is exchanged. Parcel pick-up times are from 09:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

- We offer free delivery within 10km radius of the Boksburg area. Time slots for free delivery within 10km radius from the Boksburg area are from 14:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- Candle Culture products are all handmade from scratch, therefore they vary in shape, size & texture, this adds value to its authenticity. Please note these characteristics add to the individuality of each handmade item that is purchased. Please notify us within 24 hours if your product is delivered damaged or broken. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused & in the same condition that you received it.

- Depending on where you live, the exchanged/replaced item may reach you at varied time frames.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
